Our Cancellation Policy

We understand that circumstances can't always be predicted. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please call us as soon as possible at (239) 398-0788 to reschedule.

Please note that all online reservations are non-refundable unless La Gondola cancels due to strong wind or rain at the time of your departure.

Cancellations made within seven days of a reservation's date may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to the value of your trip for 2 passengers if La Gondola cannot fill the time slot with another reserving party.

Parties who do not show up for their reservation, or who cancel less than 24 hours before their scheduled trip, will be responsible for the full cost of their trip. 

Our Weather Policy

You are not obligated to take your trip if it is precipitating at your scheduled departure time.

If the weather forecast is uncertain (for example, if intermittent showers are expected), we ask that you check in with our dock by calling or texting (401) 644-3418 before you leave your house, hotel, or restaurant. We will make a decision together at that time based on the most updated weather information. 

Reservations that are cancelled or rescheduled due to inclement weather will not be assessed a cancellation fee.
